I like to follow the energetic pulse of the collective, by looking to pop culture. We have a collective energetic body that behaves like sliding doors that open and close. In recent years I have observed extreme expansions and contractions.

A few Mondays ago, I was talking to my therapist and she asked me “What would it feel like to not have to be exceptional in your career?” I thought about it for a moment and answered “I can breathe”.

When I was 7 I was identified as a slow reader who had developmental issues around reading. I knew because everyone got caterpillar head stickers on the back of our notebooks and mine didn’t grow.

This concept of Mental Fitness has been a long-time coming [cue Taylor Swift music here] and was all pieced together only very recently for me.

A few weeks ago I was hiking the Arethusa Cirque in Kananaskis, Alberta during larch season 🍂🌲 The hike is known for its larches and the beautiful sweeping ridge you hike along once you’ve scaled the elevation.

Where yin meets yang. Today I sent an audio to two friends who are constantly in conversation with me about what fulfilling work looks like for millennials in 2024. In it I shared what a friend is doing quite well, so let’s take a look at it.

Today we roamed a cemetery and it got me thinking about experience design. I’m not one to contemplate my gravestone, however, today I thought about something I would love to experience as a cemetery roamer.
