Longevity Elixirs ~ May Blessings

A digital banner showing a portrait of a white millenial man being photographed in his soft pink print-inspired home. The vibe is fun and quirky.

Hello my friend & welcome to spring,

I write this to you, hours before I step foot on a plane and enter a 1-month portal in Europe. I am committed to doing a digital detox – so you won’t see me on email, this newsletter, (maybe) Instagram, etc. No laptop and minimal phone usage.

It feels like a good time for it 🌷

To leave you with something divine, I wanted to share 2 videos that rocked my world last month and continue to imprint on my psyche today. And provide you with a free course I am currently doing, alongside a few internet friends. You are welcome to join; see Elixir 3.

May your May be filled with growth, blossoming, and earthly abundance 🌿

P.S. If you join the Breakthrough course, let me know and I’ll add you to my list of friends to share with.

Elixir 1 ~ Corinne Edwards Interviews Caroline Myss - Exploring The Anatomy Of The Spirit

A friend sent me the trending clip of this interview (probably from the late 80s) and I was so intrigued that I reverse searched it to find the whole video. I watched it in one sitting. And I thoroughly enjoy Caroline's no-nonsense and full conviction perspective. My favourite theme that she discusses is Woundology and how the other side of healing it is a season of Narcissism. I've seen this in myself, I've been called it by others, and I was prepared for it through Sarah Baldwin's course, as mentioned in my January newsletter

Woundology gave me language and acceptance for why I could no longer entertain certain friends or clients. I really have felt quite over listening to other people’s problems, and I had been battling with the internal judgement as a "narcissist" because of it.

There are many takeaways. If you watch it, something will shift 💫

Watch it here.

Elixir 2 ~ Inside Benny Blanco's Fun-Filled Home - Architectural Digest

This video is cray in the BEST of ways. As some of you know, for most of the month I have been deeply inspired by Benny Blanco's creative process. I spoke about on my podcast here. He feels totally unfiltered, dettached, and deeply integrated with his child(ren), which make his creations so resonant. This video gives you a snapshot at how someone can effortlessly elevate and believe in the art of others.

Art = the unique point of view of another.

Check it out here.

Elixir 3 ~ *FREE* 28-day Breakthrough Course  on the CHANI App

If you haven't heard of Chani Nicholas – I feel bad for you, son, I've 99 problems but an astro-bestie ain't one. Chani is a queer, social-justice advocate, and Canadian Astrologer to the celebs who lives in L.A. Her app CHANI has daily readings, weekly forecasts, cool collages and most recently, a free 28-day course. The app too is free with a premium option.

I am currently on Day 13, and I'm still intrigued. I am mostly hyped on it, atm, because on Day 9, she does one of the most encompassing, transformative, and epic Internal Family Systems (IFS) meditations. If you missed my January newsletter, all about IFS, you can find it here.

You can download the CHANI app for free on any device. Course details can be found here.

I hope you have a delightful month, with minimal screentime, time spent gathering with friends, and enjoying the restful unfolding.

Lastly, I wrote this newsletter on a new platform. If you have any feedback, please let me know.

Blessings,
Justine
